Institute for Rental Housing Studies (IRHS)

10th Anniversary
February 7 - 10, 2017
Park City, UT
The 2017 IRHS is currently sold out. If you are interested in putting your name on the wait list, please contact Leigh Curry at or 215-431-4430.

It's the 10th Anniversary of the Institute for Rental Housing Studies (IRHS) and you're invited to attend at NO COST*. This includes all scheduled meetings, meals, receptions and lift tickets for two days skiing and/or snow boarding at Park City Mountain Resort and one day skiing at Deer Valley -- or an extra day at Park City Mountain Resort if you are a snowboarder.
As always you can plan on thought-provoking meetings coupled with multiple opportunities to collaborate, share ideas and socialize with your peers. The IRHS provides a relaxed setting to allow participants unparalleled peer-to-peer exchanges, learning and networking with other corporate multifamily executives.
*Please note that the IRHS is for qualified multifamily executives involved in the ownership, management, development or investment of apartment communities. A credit card charge of $295 will be required to register for the program but the charge will be FULLY refunded at the end of the program if you attended any of the events or if you cancel within 14 days of the program. As always, participants are also responsible for all travel costs to and from Park City, lodging expenses, any on-mountain expenses, as well as any ski/snowboard rental costs.

On this 10th anniversary I'd like to personally thank Mike Mueller, Mike Britti and John Helm for cornering me at a conference in 2007 and telling me, "We are your first sponsors, go run a conference in Park City".  We had 23 attendees that year and the stage was set for truly one of the most unique programs in multifamily.
I'd also like to thank Doug Culkin, president of the National Apartment Association (NAA) for his unwavering support of the program as well. It's an honor to work with such an amazing association like the NAA and I am humbled to be part of their conference programs.

Lodging in Park City is tighter than last year -- so again -- if you are planning on attending, please look into lodging sooner than later.
"Old Town" South Park City offers a ton of lodging options with a wide range of prices. Options include hotels, condos, as well as single family home rentals. If you want to be close to the "action", anywhere within 8 blocks or so of the Town Square Lift is definitely within walking distance of all activities.
Here's a very partial list of some options -- but my personal favorite is VRBO (currently featuring hundreds of rental properties in Park City, Old Town South). You can find some pretty good deals especially if you have several people that want to go in on the rental. If you would like me to try to pair you with other IRHS attendees to share a condo or house, send me a note. Other good options include:

Any questions, please feel free to give me a call or send me a note. I hope to see you in Park City this February.  As always, it will be a good one!
Best regards,
Leigh Curry
